1. Definitions and Applicability

Certain terms used in these Terms carry specific meanings. "Platform" refers to the 399 bdt website, mobile application, and all associated digital services. "Member" refers to any person registered on this platform. "Services" refers to slot games, live casino, sports betting, payment transactions, and all features provided through the platform.

These Terms have been prepared in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh and apply to users residing in Bangladesh. By using the platform, a member acknowledges that they are responsible for complying with the applicable laws of their own area.

When the Terms are changed, 399 bdt will post a notice on the website. Continued use of the platform after any change means the member has agreed to the updated Terms.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement and Identity Verification

Members must be at least 21 years old to register on the 399 bdt platform. Providing accurate and complete personal information at registration is mandatory. 399 bdt reserves the right to suspend or close any account registered with false or misleading information at any time.

A copy of a national ID card or passport, a mobile number, and other relevant details may be requested for identity verification. Withdrawal privileges may be limited until the verification process is complete.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each member may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same identity is considered a prohibited activity and all associated accounts will be closed. If multiple members exist within the same household, each member must use a separate device and payment method.

2.3 Account Security

It is the member's responsibility to keep their account password and login details fully confidential. Giving any third party access to an account is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorised access should be reported to the 399 bdt support team immediately.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Policy

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

399 bdt currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for each method). Deposit amounts are credited to a member's account promptly.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframe

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Available withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirement of any active bonus has not been met.

3.3 Transaction Security

All financial transactions are secured through SSL encryption. If suspicious financial activity is detected, 399 bdt may temporarily suspend a transaction and request additional verification.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500, and the wagering requirement will be ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000. Winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

4.2 Weekly and Special Bonuses

The weekly 399 bdt festival bonus gives a 30% deposit bonus up to ৳6,000 with a 15x wagering requirement. The Friday special reward gives a 50% deposit bonus up to ৳10,000 with an 18x wagering requirement.

Each bonus offer has its own terms, which should be read before claiming the bonus. No bonus may be claimed more than once at the same time.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If evidence of bonus system abuse is found, 399 bdt reserves the right to cancel the bonus and take necessary action on the associated account. Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

5. Gaming Rules and Conduct

5.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on the 399 bdt platform are operated through the systems of certified software providers (e.g. Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution, JILI, Spribe). There is no possibility of manipulating results.

Using automated scripts, bots, or any third-party software to play games is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed and the associated balance may be forfeited.

5.2 Bet Cancellation and Technical Errors

If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a technical error, 399 bdt reserves the right to cancel the bet and return the stake. Rewards paid out due to an obvious error (such as incorrect odds or an impossible payout) will be considered void.

5.3 Special Sports Betting Rules

In sports betting, if a match is abandoned or postponed before the scheduled time, the stake for that match is generally returned, though specific rules may vary by game type. In live betting, odds changes are normal and 399 bdt reserves the right to close any market at any time.

6. VIP Program and Rewards Policy

The 399 bdt VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%), and Platinum (up to 0.8%). The weekly cashback is a set percentage of the week's total net loss (total losses minus total winnings).

Example: if a Gold-tier member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120. Advancing to a higher tier depends on a member's regular activity and engagement with the platform.

399 bdt reserves the right to change or cancel VIP benefits. The VIP status of any member involved in prohibited activity will be cancelled immediately.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

399 bdt believes that responsible gaming is the foundation of member protection. All members are advised to place bets within their own financial limits. Reading our responsible gaming guidelines will help you understand how to protect yourself from the harmful effects of gambling.

Any member who feels they need to bring their gaming habits under control may apply for temporary or permanent self-exclusion through the support team. Once self-exclusion is in effect, access to the account will be suspended for that period and no bonuses will apply.

Use of the platform by minors (under 21 years of age) is strictly prohibited. Parents can use parental control software to prevent their children from accessing this platform.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Members can view and update their stored information by logging into their own account. Requests to delete information can be submitted through the support team; however, some information may be retained for a specified period to meet legal retention obligations.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 399 bdt platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or conducting any unlawful financial activity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Attempting to hack any system of the platform or exploit any vulnerability.
• Opening multiple accounts or concealing identity for the purpose of claiming bonuses.
• Communicating with other members or support staff using abusive, threatening, or inappropriate language.
• Applying any automated or mechanical betting strategy.
• Attempting to intentionally exploit a technical error to obtain an abnormal amount of winnings.

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities may result in account closure, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where necessary.

10. Account Closure and Fund Returns

10.1 Closure at Member's Request

Any member may apply to close their account at any time. If there is no active bonus on the account at the time of the request, the remaining balance may be withdrawn. However, any bonus balance for which the wagering requirement has not been met will be cancelled.

10.2 Closure by the Platform

If evidence of prohibited activity, a breach of Terms, or fraud is found, 399 bdt may close the account without prior notice. In such cases, the account balance may be held while an investigation is ongoing.

11. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If a member wishes to raise a complaint about a transaction, bonus, or game result, the support team must be notified via live chat or email within 72 hours of the incident. Providing the relevant transaction ID, time, and related information with the complaint allows for a faster resolution.

The support team will review the complaint and generally respond within 48 hours. More complex matters may take longer to resolve. The decision of 399 bdt will be considered final.

12. Limitation of Liability

Members are personally responsible for any financial loss arising from the use of the 399 bdt platform. The platform is not liable for any loss caused by loss of internet connection, power outages, or issues with a member's device.

If the service is temporarily unavailable due to an unexpected technical issue, 399 bdt will work to restore it promptly, but the platform is not liable for any financial loss caused by that interruption.

13. Changes and Effectiveness of Terms

399 bdt reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. A notice will be published on the website for any significant changes. The date of the latest revision will always be shown at the top of this page.

If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be legally unenforceable, only that part will be considered void — the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. The Bengali version of the terms and conditions is the authoritative document.
